There are no paid staff at the Guatemalan Project. We are an organization completely centered on and run by the local people of El Triunfo. One hundred percent (100%) of all donations go toward the community. Funds are utilized to pay for the microloan program, educational scholarships, and essential materials for community infrastructures (school, health clinic, roads, etc.).

We are currently raising funds for the construction of the refuge that will temporarily house up to ten young girls who will receive counseling and basic training in cooking, bread making, fast food preparation, and assistance to start their own small business that could sustain them until further development of future employment opportunities and a better life.
